Pairin ("we", "us", "our") runs pairin.dev, a community for finding pair-programming partners. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. Pairin is currently in beta, and this policy will be updated as the product matures.
To run the core product (matching you with pairing partners, showing your requests and sessions), to send transactional email (confirmations, pairing notifications, retro nudges) via our email provider, Mailjet, and to understand and improve how Pairin is used. We don't use your data for ads, and we don't sell it to third parties.
Session retros are private between the two participants by default. You choose, per retro, whether to make it public to other signed-in Pairin members via Session Summaries. Nothing you write is shared publicly unless you explicitly opt in.
You can update or delete your profile information at any time from your account settings. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details below.
